Each carriage door project is different, so it’s best to contact us if you’re interested in a precise estimate.

A typical carriage garage door project requires three main components: the carriage door slabs, a jamb system and some type of bottom seal such as neoprene sweeps or a threshold.

Our basic jamb package includes the 5-1/2″ (wide) jambs, two astragals, eight 4-1/2″ ball-bearing butt hinges and 50′ of kerfed-in weatherstripping.

Secondary components for a project might include things such as entry sets and exterior/interior trim around the carriage doors.

The chart at the bottom of the page shows prices for a pair of paint-grade Doug fir carriage doors (slabs only) to fit a standard 8’x7′ opening. Stain-grade pricing is not shown because not all styles can be made in a stain-grade version. But in general, stain-grade doors cost $400-$500 more than their paint-grade counterpart.

Contact us for exact stain-grade door pricing.
